At Walden Community Church, we believe children are a gift from God. We partner with families to help kids grow in faith, joy, and love. Through caring volunteers and a safe, Christ-centered environment, we’re helping the next generation learn to love God and love others.


Every Sunday morning, we offer a full Sunday School program for all ages, with engaging, age-appropriate lessons that bring the Bible to life in fun and meaningful ways. Whether your child is a toddler or a pre-teen, they’ll find a place where they are known, loved, and encouraged to grow in their relationship with Jesus.


For our youngest ones, we also provide a safe and well-staffed nursery, so you can enjoy worship knowing your child is in good hands.


But the fun and learning don’t stop on Sundays! Throughout the year, your child can participate in exciting and faith-filled activities like:

  • Vacation Bible School (VBS) – A summer highlight full of music, games, crafts, and Bible adventures.

  • Trunk or Treat – Our family-friendly Halloween event where kids can dress up, enjoy treats, and celebrate in a safe and festive environment.

  • Bible Club at Madeley Ranch Elementary – An after-school outreach where students learn about God’s love right on their campus.

Nursery 11 am

Children are very important to us at Walden Community Church. We do our best to make our nursery fun and motivating for even the youngest baby. Our nursery is available during both of our service times for infants up to three years of age. 


Of course we understand that leaving your precious one with a stranger can be difficult (for you and your children), but we want to reassure you that our staff will give each one of them extra special care.


Sunday School (11 am)

There are very few things that we remember so affectionately as Sunday School.


From the kind and gentle words of thoughtful teachers, to juice stained smiles and delicious cookies. Sunday School is an experience that every child should have! 


At Walden Community Church we go all-out to promote an atmosphere of grace, love, and learning through fun and age appropriate lessons that are based on foundational Biblical principals. 


Our Sunday School program, will help your child in forming the important foundation they need as they grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.


Preschool, Children and Students are grouped by age or school grade.
